Process

How I work

From first conversation to launch — six steps across three phases: concept, shaping, execution.

Phase 1 · Concept
01

Gathering requirements

We start with a conversation and a form that organizes all your needs in one place.

  • type and purpose of the site (business card, portfolio, landing page, store)
  • scope of pages and features
  • infrastructure: domain, hosting, email, technology
  • timeline, a concrete offer
OutcomeA clear scope of work and a quote with no surprises.
02

Architecture and wireframe

I map out the site structure and interface skeleton before any visuals appear.

  • sitemap and user journey
  • wireframes of key views (desktop + mobile)
  • defining sections, order, and content placement
OutcomeYou know exactly what goes where — changes at this stage take a minute, not a day.
Phase 2 · Shaping
03

Content and materials

Runs in parallel with the wireframe: we gather text, photos, logo, and brand materials.

If something is missing, I suggest what to prepare and in what form, or offer a stand-in solution.

OutcomeThe design is built on real content, not placeholder text.
04

Design

Based on the wireframe, a consistent visual system and designs for individual pages take shape.

  • colors, typography, shapes, and element style
  • components: buttons, cards, forms, navigation
  • mobile and desktop views
  • feedback round and direction approval
OutcomeA ready design system — the site stays consistent even as new pages are added.
Phase 3 · Execution
05

Live prototype

I publish a working version of the site at klient.waveweb-mateuszpeciak.pl.

You click through, test it on your phone, and give feedback on a real product instead of a picture. This is where we finalize responsiveness, animations, and forms.

OutcomeFull visibility into the finished site before launch.
06

Launch and support

After approval, I move the site to its final domain and finalize the technical details.

  • domain, hosting, and SSL certificate setup
  • technical SEO, analytics (optional)
  • backups, updates, and post-launch support
OutcomeThe site runs on your domain, with someone there to look after it afterward.
